Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if there's an issue, here's how we handle it. 

Eligibility for Returns 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition. The original packaging and tags need to be included. 

Please note, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, stained, washed or altered. 

 

Email us at: hello.savedapparel@gmail.com including your order number, item details and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 3 working days with return instructions. 

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return;

• You will be refunded to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 working days for processing
